July 2024 - Present
During my time here, I still worked on the financial system, mainaining it and fixing issues. I have also hosted another brown bag session.
June 2023 - July 2024
During my time here, I have been involved with 1 project, a financial project. The financial system, I came in to support the system as it has already gone live. It consits of getting transactional data from the banks and data from the travel agencies and matching them together and sending the combined data to their customer. So I would fix any issues that arise in the system or implement feature requests for the system. This system was built and maintained in C# as the primary backend language. I have also hosted 2 brown bag sessions during my time here for me to show new technologies for my colleagues.
November 2022 - June 2023
During my time here, I have been involved with 1 project, an administrative project. For the administrative project, we linked 2 systems that the client uses into one system so that it is easier for them to bill their customers. This system was built and maintained in C# as the primary backend language and Angular as the primary frontend language.
December 2020 - November 2022
During my time here I have worked on a market surveillance product and the rewrite of that product. This has exposed my to working with docker, Kubernetes and Azure DevOps builds and pipelines. I also manage the company's Kubernetes clusters
January 2017- December 2020
During my time here, I have increased my experience with dealing with customers including having internal training on how to handle them. While here, I have worked in both support and projects and because of this whenever an issue arises, I have less trouble identifying them and resolving them and be able to design a system end to end. In doing this my skill in SQL, C# and analytical thinking has increased because of the frequency that I have to employ them. I have worked in both the support and projects sections. While in the support space, I was looking after the same client for a year and a half, solving any issues that they logged. While in the project space I worked with multiple clients while completing their projects.
